Junior Cloud Operation Enginner [Infrastructure Team]

As a Junior Cloud Operation Engineer, you will be responsible for configuration management, performance and security monitoring of infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with Microsoft Azure and the possibility to extend your knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) implementation
• Deploy services according to IT best practices for security, governance, identity access management, and monitoring.
• Work in a supporting role to deploy cloud infrastructure facilitating enterprise-level client systems.
• Install, configure and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, and key processes as it pertains to Active Directory.
• Perform on-call support activities on a regular rotation.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or any other relevant area;
• 0+ years of experience working as IT System Administrator for Windows Servers
• Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
• Ability to prioritize and work individually and as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting skills including the ability to identify and resolve challenging situations
• Be able to think outside the box and develop creative solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding service and response time when working with customers and internal teams.

• Nice to have:

• Microsoft certification is a plus.
• VMWare certification is a plus.
• Experience in automating Windows systems through the use of Powershell or other related methods
• Previous experience with Microsoft Azure and/or willingness to learn this platform
• Knowledge of other areas and technologies: networking, Backup and Storage.
