Job Description

In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for cloud operations solutions, including monitoring and execution for our Cloud Operations organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our cloud services, while meeting the needs of our customers and supporting overall business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Cloud Operations Roadmap (i.e: security, ELK, monitoring capabilities, based on requirements build backlog of new service / content.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, making iterative improvements and managing the product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate by understanding user needs and incorporating their feedback into product decisions, related to Cloud Operations
  • Cross-Team Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and other relevant information to stakeholders, executives, and the broader organization
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud operations solutions
  • Oversees the performance of Cloud Services offering, monitoring the respective execution according to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) in place.
  • Support and advocate the implementation of cloud operations best practice processes and infrastructure.
  • Supporting on the process of defining the pricing model for the Cloud Services portfolio and its scope
  • Supports the planning of the activities, such as configuration management, resource allocation, optimizing performance capacity, and managing the compliance burden.
  • Promote Cloud operations requirements are properly included in the respective Roadmaps.
  • Promote awareness & understanding across different stakeholders around Cloud Ops key topics

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Cloud Operations and infrastructure.
  • Experience in product management practice and methodology preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarization with cloud delivery operations ideally, DevOps, software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer facing related experience would be appreciated, either in any sales, presales, customer success, customer support or any similar job.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Candidate should be able to inspire and motivate different teams and stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance and direction, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ownership Mentality, should take ownership of the cloud operations roadmap from ideation to launch and beyond
  • As Product Manager Lead should have a strong grasp of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points related to cloud ops aspects.
  • Decision-Making, ability to make informed and timely decisions based on data, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Problem-Solving, strong problem-solving skills are needed to address challenges, overcome obstacles, and drive innovation.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for articulating product vision, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in computer science, engineering, or physics is advantageous.
