Job Description

Unit4 is continuously looking for the best talent to join us as we scale our business. We recognize that attracting talent is critical to fueling our business success.  This new and exciting role brings the best of the Talent Acquisition and Brand Marketing worlds together. You are a creative communication specialist, with experience in hiring and a good sense of community building. You are equally happy to create engaging social media content and manage our alumni program.

Perhaps, you have a marketing background with an interest in hiring. Or, contrarily, you are a hiring expert with an eye for creative content and a passion for attracting the right talent into a growing business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You drive our employment marketing activities!
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve Unit4’s brand awareness to attract top-tier candidates.
  • You are conceptually strong and at the same time love to roll up your sleeves to turn concepts into action.
  • Manage Unit4’s Careers page and content
  • Contribute marketing content for hiring campaigns
  • Leverage third-party channels to expand Unit4’s reach to potential prospects
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze metrics in support of recruitment marketing channels, to adapt strategies and maximize their effectiveness 
  • Define target candidate personas
  • Manage, foster, and ensure engagement across the Unit4 Alumni community
  • Provide organic leadership of a collaborative team across the business, predominately between People Success and Marketing, to develop an EVP that aligns with the Unit4 brand, strategy, and culture
  • Partner with our Global Marketing team to create messaging, talent attraction campaigns, and communication tools to drive on-brand conversations with candidates

Qualifications

  • You believe that Unit4’s brand is more than a logo, and understand how to communicate the value proposition of working at our company both authentically and transparently
  • You inspire colleagues and help them find their voice to create and share their stories, including via employer reviews, amplifying engagement of prospects throughout the candidate experience
  • You understand the importance of research and how to effectively gather insight from the results
  • Experience organizing campaigns, programs, and events (internal and external) from strategy to execution
  • You live on social media and can build a community and keep them engaged
  • You love to build storylines and people respond to your content
  • Prior experience in the Cloud, Software, or Technology industry
  • 3+ years of experience cultivating global talent brands
