Job Description

Experienced leader to build and scale a truly best-in-class sales on boarding experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of our onboarding experience for our frontline revenue-generating teams. You will partner closely with our sales leaders, sales managers, marketing and product leaders to ensure our revenue teams onboard and ramp fast an efficiently and have an amazing on boarding experience at Unit4. You will report to our Sr. Director of Global Sales Enablement


·      Minimum of 5+ years of sales training & on-boarding experience.

·      Sales onboarding experience

·      Experience in ERP SaaS selling models

·      Excellent written, prioritization and organization skills

·      Deliver on-boarding via in-person or virtual training develop a self-paced learning track in our LMS and establish product & demo certifications paths for BDR and Sales roles within the organization.

·      Develop, evolve and Unit4’s sales onboarding program, which means you take full ownership of any SDR sales bootcamp and our post bootcamp experience, learning paths and graduation track.

·      Contribute, maintain and create sales enablement resources and materials including learning paths, playbooks and a content library.

·      Create KPIs to track sales on-boarding program efficacy and report on these metrics regularly to sales enablement and sales stakeholders.
