We’re offering the opportunity for you to join our Global Learning and Development team. You will do real work, gaining a breadth and depth of experience on varied assignments primarily in learning and development, people wellbeing and diversity initiatives. You will do real work with responsibilities and outcomes that directly impact the experiences of all the people in our organization, and help deliver our global L&D strategy.

What you will do

You will work closely with the whole L&D team, and across the wider People Success community, to support key people development initiatives.

You will:

  • Coordinate virtual events and activities (workshops, webinars, festivals)
  • Design training materials and resources (getting creative with PowerPoint and Canva)
  • Create valuable learning pathways using our digital learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning; Microsoft ESI; Unit4 Talent Management)
  • Liaise with external training providers
  • Support with training administration
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives related to people wellbeing and mental health
  • Raise the profile of L&D activity through use of internal communication channels including Microsoft Yammer and Teams.
  • Assist with best practice research, providing insight into L&D trends and learning technology

Qualifications
