Job Description

We’re offering the opportunity for you to join our Global People Operations and Enablement team. You will do real work, gaining a breadth and depth of experience on varied assignments primarily in social responsibility, sustainability, people wellbeing and health initiatives. You will do real work with responsibilities and outcomes that directly impact the experiences of all the people in our organization. 

What you will do 

As the Sustainability and wellbeing intern, you will work closely with the whole team and across the wider People Partnering community to support key initiatives, focusing on our social responsibility program as well as supporting our people well-being efforts. You will: 

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of our CSR program  

  • Lead or support specific taskforces for implementation of sustainable practices related to our CSR goals (net-zero carbon or zero plastic transformations) 

  • Coordinate employee volunteering or fundraising initiatives, animate online communities 

  • Coordinate relationships with key non-for-profit partners 

  • Coordinate external/customer facing experiences embedding CSR 

  • Support with documentation, policies and reporting on CSR/ESG 

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives related to people well-being and mental health 

  • Coordinate events and activities (workshops, training events, webinars)  

  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the online platforms (internal) including content creation and design. 

  • Support and promote the use of internal communication channels and productivity tools including Microsoft Yammer and Teams.  

  • Assist with best practice research and development activities.
