Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist Senior Project Managers on multiple projects for our market-leading people-centric solutions. There is also an opportunity to manage own projects over time. As a Project Coordinator, you are the link between the Unit4 back office, the client, and the project team. You are responsible for administrating the project and following up on change requests and tickets to make the project a success.

You can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously and exceed expectations. You work closely with our Cloud team, customers, and consultants.

What you will do

  • Administration of Unit4 software project into customer environments. Expected to co-drive projects to successful completion, achieving agreed delivery dates within budget, meeting customer requirements, and exceeding expectations. 
  • Leverage your skills and capabilities to successfully deliver according to the project plan, proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to co-drive projects to successful completion, while exceeding customer expectations.
  • You track project deliverables and communicate with customer sponsors to deliver on time, within the scope and on budget. 
  • You will be taking minutes form meetings and will work with many parts of the Unit4 organization to handle changes and support cases. 
  • Your interpersonal and organizational skills enable you to keep all stakeholders satisfied and updated on the progress of the project. 
  • You will follow change control procedures, ensuring stakeholder agreement beforehand for any revisions to the project from project sponsors. 
  • There are good opportunities to grow and develop from this role E.G. to a Project Manager role.

  • You remain calm in difficult situations
  • Organizational talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Swedish (or Norwegain) and English
  • PMI, Prince2,or equivalent project management qualifications is a plus.
