Your role as a solution consultant (pre-sale) is to understand our customer’s business and to give them the best possible solution.

To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering the customer’s goals and objectives. You will understand and challenge the customer and become their voice in the sales process. You will delight and inspire our customers to help build and deliver their desired end-goals. You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our customers and colleagues; you adapt, plan and mobilize people. You will be an expert in Unit4 solutions, you will understand and sell the value of Unit4 solutions and why Unit4 is different to other suppliers in the marketplace. You love technology and you are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers.

Job Description

Your role in Solution Consulting (presale) is to understand our customer’s business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these challenges.

  • You will be responsible for technical and information security/compliance (e.g. GDPR) requirements around RFPs and customer engagement
  • To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering the customer’s challenges and goal
  • You will understand the customer, and challenge them, and become their voice in the sales process
  • Play a key part in the following: Discovery, Demos, RFPs, Demo Prep, Demo Environments, Events etc.
  • You'll work closely with Professional Services to assist with handovers, help our new starters with their onboarding and work in partnership with our partner ecosystem
  • You'll deliver public and customer webinars, provide regular feedback to Professional Services to help improve our solutions and how we deploy our solutions
  • You will delight and inspire our customers to help build and deliver their desired end goals

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Cloud ERP or similar and a passion for SaaS and technology
  • Good understanding working with Information Security / compliance / GDPR
  • Understanding or experience working with integrations (API's, XLM/Json, SOAP, extensions) and low code solutions
  • Solution oriented – combining functional features with technical capabilities, creating extensions that allow automation using latest technology 
  • Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian 
  • You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our customers and colleagues; you adapt, plan, and mobilize people
  • You will be an expert in Unit4 solutions, you will understand and sell the value of Unit4 solutions and why Unit4 is different to other suppliers in the marketplace
  • You love technology and you are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers
