Job Description
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be in charge of finding the best talent and building relationships with potential candidates.
- You will develop strategic and creative sourcing strategies that excite talented individuals to come and work at Unit4;
- You will be sourcing and headhunting candidates globally, using creative search techniques;
- You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate position requirements, providing guidance on market availability and sourcing strategies to identify best in class candidates;
- You will take advocate and deliver a positive candidate experience;
- You will build a network of potential candidates;
Qualifications
- Passion for engaging with people and sharing our energy & love for working at Unit4;
- You have a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in an international fast-paced environment;
- You are self motivated and eager to take on new challenges;
- You are well organized, with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are social media savvy and know how to digitally connect and excite others;
- You are fluent in English, spoken and written. Other European languages are a plus;
