Job Description
As a Test Developer:
- You will be responsible for design and development for all aspects of automated testing along with creation, execution, and maintenance of automated tests.
- You will monitor test coverage and adjust test cases to ensure maximum integration and user story coverage.
- You will review user stories and test cases with testability in mind and drive testability improvements in every solution.
- You will measure the effectiveness of testing and design and report any issues encountered across.
- You will be in charge of delivering detailed and prioritized test plans that meet the testing strategy and product vision.
- You will define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints.
- You will deliver detailed and prioritized test plans which meet the Testing Strategy and Product vision.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in software testing and development
- Experience in API and UI testing
- Proven experience in test automation area
- Experience with automated testing tools (SoapUI, Postman) and automated testing frameworks (Selenium);
- Experience with Jmeter
- Basic knowledge of any object-oriented programming language (c#, java)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate and prioritize test cases, and an understanding of complex systems
- ISTQB certification (nice to have)
- A keen eye for detail and analysis, and you always keep the users´ needs and wants in mind;
- Not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them;
- Fluent in the English language;
- Agile/lean work experience is preferred
