Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage multiple small and medium projects of our market-leading people-centric solutions in parallel. These projects can be cloud migrations, upgrades and small implementation projects. As a Project Coordinator, you are the link between the client and Unit4 as soon as the contract has been signed and you are assigned to the project. You are responsible for managing the project execution and monitor the project planning, the budgets and the resources that have to be used to make the project a success.

In your role you focus on the quality of the projects, and you identify timely bottlenecks and risks. You can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously and exceed expectations. You work closely with sales and consultants and are the contact person for the clients.

What you will do

  • Managing the upgrades and cloud migrations of Unit4 software solutions into customer environments. Expected to drive projects to successful completion, achieving agreed delivery dates within budget, meeting customer requirements and exceeding expectations. 
  • You will be responsible for managing scope, schedule and cost of the projects
  • Leverage your skills and capabilities to successfully deliver to your plan, proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive projects to successful completion, while exceeding customer expectations.
  • You track project deliverables and communicate with customer sponsors to deliver on-time, within scope and on budget. 
  • You translate all wishes into a planning as well as possible, whereby you know how to counter possible resistance in a friendly but clear manner.
  • Your interpersonal and organizational skills enable you to keep all stakeholders satisfied and updated on the progress of the project. 
  • You will follow change control procedures, ensuring stakeholder agreement beforehand for any revisions to the project from project sponsors.

  • Organizational talent
  • APM, PMI, Prince2, CAPMM or equivalent project management qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English
