We are evolving our workspace experience at Unit4 for a truly flexible approach to remote and hybrid working. COVID-19 helped us realize the importance of providing more flexibility and choice for our employees about where and how they work.
Keeping people connected
After the pandemic we realized there hadn't been as much freedom as we all would have liked due to COVID-19 restrictions in most countries, we can all benefit from our hybrid working program offering more choice, and a new more flexible approach to work.
This program has brought new workspaces in our 5 regions: North America, Nordics, UK & Ireland, Central Europe and Asia Pacific. With more collaboration areas, better meeting and event environments, we will for the first time include dedicated customer meeting areas where we can showcase our product and provide a world class experience to rival our competitors.
A workspace of the future
While the past few years have been difficult in many ways, it has taught us the importance of work/life balance and how to work from home effectively while remaining collaborative and communicative. All of this change is driving our workspace of the future – one that provides flexibility and state-of-the-art facilities.
We are reviewing how a truly hybrid workforce can work and have all the support an office environment can provide.
